Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped.

After Shipping:
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund under certain conditions.
Return & Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Product damaged during delivery

Expired or defective item received
Not Eligible for Refund:

Opened, used, or tampered products

Returns without original packaging or invoice

Refund requests based on personal preference or dissatisfaction after use

Minor color variations (due to screen differences)
How to Request a Refund

Email us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Once verified, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement.
Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For payments made via Razorpay (UPI, cards, wallets), refunds will reflect as per Razorpay’s processing timelines.
COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI. We may request your bank/UPI details.

COD handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Return Pickups

In special cases where return pickup is arranged by us, please ensure:
