Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship all confirmed orders to the delivery address provided at checkout. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that these timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, product availability, or customs clearance.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping partners or customs authorities. If a package is damaged or tampered with during transit, we recommend that you refuse delivery and contact us immediately for resolution.
For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or additional fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly mentioned at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part.
Returns & Refunds
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a return or replacement. The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. Some items—such as perishables, intimate products, and clearance items—may not be eligible for return.
We allow one return or replacement per order, so be sure to report all defective items at once. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
